Not only is it apparent when he is travelling, rock climbing, or deep sea fishing, but John’s unrivaled sense of adventure is evident in his cooking.  John is not afraid to try new things, adding a unique creative element to his cooking. He brings meticulous planning, incredible flair, awesome ideas and extreme patience to anything he makes. And did I mention that he happens to be extraordinarily dedicated to the art of BBQ and smoking? I think the 5 barbecues and smokers we own are a good indication of his passion!
