Rainbow Black Bean Salad
Serves 2-4
INGREDIENTS
1 cup black beans
1/2 cup corn (canned or frozen)
1 avacado, diced
1 large tomato, diced
1/2 orange pepper, diced
1/4 bunch cilantro, chopped
1/2 lime, juiced
1/2 tsp cumin
Chili flakes to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients
